Because they are readily available made specifically for lefties, my vote is for guitar. Then there are no compromises. Additionally, guitar can be one of the easiest to quickly make full-sounding music with limited experience.Drum traps can be inverted so those, too, could be played without having to accommodate the 90%.
Piano/keyboards are never reversed for lefties (guess they'd have to write sheet music upside down too), but left-dominant dexterity could generate interesting compositions, interpretations and performances…

Most of the wind instruments (except flute / piccolo) really don't force hand dexterity. Sax, like flute, lends itself to right-handedness, but it should be easily overcome since both hands are used equally.
Brass are all made for right hand fingering, so those are low on the list…
