I think they should feel comfortable and safe in their working environment. It appears that OP’s manager was aware of the scale of it, and it continued over multiple years. I just finished reading “The Gift Of Fear” by Gavin De Becker. NOT A PEPPER SPRAY KIND OF GIRL shirt.
